Business intelligence consists of several integrated components that generate a comprehensive knowledge of business such as OLAP (On-line Analytical Processing) which provides multidimensional summarized perspectives of business data and OLAP are used for reporting, analysis, modeling and planning to enhance business performance. Advanced analytics is another component of BI which specialized in data mining and predictive analytics to improve accurate measurements. Real-time BI permits the real-time distribution of metrics through emails or interactive displays. Data warehouse and data marts are the critical components of BI. The data warehouse supports handling the numerous enterprise records for integration and query tasks. A data mart is a collection of subject areas organized for supporting decisions (Ranjan, 2016).
