Rashid however, specifically instructs Hamed that he is not permitted to buy any items worth more than Ksh 100,000 without his approval. He is to keep this agreement secret between the two of them. Having a poor memory, Hamed purchases 100 diamond rings worth Ksh 250,000 each. Rashid refuses to pay for the rings.
