Business Operations Intern will help build and drive business insight and will report to the Business Operations Manager and support strategic and operational initiatives to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires a mixture of business acumen and technical expertise. We are searching for individuals who are looking for an internship that will showcase their strengths while simultaneously challenging them to grow and acquire new skills, and ways of thinking.


Business Operations Intern Duties and Responsibilities


Conduct analyses, draw conclusions, prepare reports and presentations to assist with strategic and operational initiatives.
Lead/facilitate critical projects and initiatives for the business, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization to execute flawlessly.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and find the best solutions possible.
Drive operational excellence in the organization through the identification of opportunity areas.
Help the team to build effective sales pipelines and establish the right processes to keep all operational tasks up to date.
May perform additional projects upon request.


Requirements


Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3.0 CGPA.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data to drive insights and decision-making.
A true passion for sales and creatively finds ways to make salespeople more productive.
Quick learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done.
