Prepare a spreadsheet in Excel and enter the information from the July discharge statistics table. Then, use the discharge lists for July 29, 30, and 31 to enter the missing data into the appropriate columns for medicine, surgery, obstetrics, and newborn discharged patients and their corresponding discharge days.
