companies often struggle with is the relationship between the business process RTO and the associated systems/data recovery RTO. It's important that these be in sync, but it's surprising how many times they are not. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a business area RTO of 8 hours while the technology and systems the business area depends upon has RTOs of 24 hours.
