Company A is to provide a shuttle bus service for business park for a period of 12 months. Company A has three options named X, Y and Z as follows: Option X: to engage a bus operator company B with a revenue sharing agreement. Under the proposed agreement, company A shall pay company B a fixed starting fee immediately. During the service period, company B shall provide buses and drivers and bear all relevant cost to operate and maintain the service. Company B can keep 30% of the bus fare collected from passengers and transfer the rest to company A at the end of the project. After service period, both companies will evaluate the service performances achieved. Company A will reward Company B a fixed fee if the service performances go beyond the agreed targets
