Company ‘ABC’ is trying to implement an enterprise applications consisting of 4 sub modules across 10-12 month implementation window with start date 01/02/2022 and end date 12/30/2022. The project scope has been determined with following sub modules.

1. Implementation of Financial General Leger System

2. Implementation of Procurement System

3. Implementation of Receivable System

4. Implementation of Enterprise Reporting

The sub modules 1, 2 and 3 will be implemented in parallel while sub module 4 will be implemented as the last module.. Create a detail project plan with work break down structure with resources assigned for requirement gathering , configuration, development, testing, user sign off and final production deployment.
