o Is decision-making centralized or decentralized? Explain how you came to this conclusion.

- Are business operations standardized? If so, in what ways? How does this impact the behavior of the employees throughout the company?

o Which integrating mechanisms are being used? All structural characteristics considered, would you say the organizational structure is more mechanistic or organic? Explain why using the vocabulary presented in chapter four.
