The company is well known as a reliable high quality service provider, but there are only 2 skilled technologists, and they are being recruited heavily by both the customers and the competition. Equally difficult, the company is trying to recruit more techs, but there are few qualified enough, and they are well protected by their current employers. The techs know their worth, and can be a bit difficult to work with as a result. The service is scalable, and can grow with the current resources, but the security field is constantly changing, and the challenges are different every day.
