Company selected- Pandora jewelry After interviewing the store manager of Pandora Jewelry, we have gained awareness of problems and opportunities within the organization. According to Beatriz Chan, the two most important factors in need of improvement at Pandora are team performance and technology (Chan, 2023). The team is currently not at its best with sales and overall store performance. This creates an opportunity for new training for employees and new ways of operation to get the store at its best again.
