Company X manufactures plastic pellets and multiple products used in the plastic industry. Company X has over 500 employees and this industry is very much matured. The company is planning to expand into a Mexico which has tremendous business potential and would like to set up a manufacturing plant there.  imagine it was hit by Covid and is still under lockdown for the next two months.
