His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has endorsed the launch of the future vision "Oman 2040. The 2040 vision aims to ensure Sultanate of Oman is among the ranks of the world's most developed nations assuring sustained prosperity and security for all. His Majesty the Sultan confirmed the Government has continued commitment to pursuing five-year plans to achieve the goals and priorities of Oman Vision 2040. Taxation is considered as the principal source of Government earnings. Revenue is considered as the fuel of Government machineries.
