Complete a 4 step observation for a process you could work towards improving over the next 2 months.

Submit each of the 4 steps plus a problem statement based on one issue identified throughout the observation.

A PDF of the templates shown in the slides is attached but you can also just set it up in excel like what we did in class.

For the Spaghetti diagram, you can draw it pencil on paper and take a picture of it to copy into your assignment.
