Complete a report of two nutrient claims found in the marketplace. Identify two products from the supermarket or online store that make a claim of nutrient content or value.

a. State the claim that is on the label

b. State the information from the nutrition facts panel that will verify the claim

c. State whether the claim is excellent/good or misleading/dangerous.

d. Tell why it is excellent or misleading

e. Include supporting quote i.e. definition of the claim, with page number from your nutrition text (e.g. pp 57 12th Edition Understanding Nutrition).

f. The report should be no more than one page in length.

g. You must include an image of the label from food item.
