This week you will conduct a SWOT analysis for your company. Refer to your textbook on pages 42-43 and 64-66 for direction on the SWOT. While there are lots of images available for how to build a SWOT table, the easiest representation is a simple 2x2 table in Microsoft Word.

Complete the following:

  1. Create a SWOT table listing in bullet points the substantive areas for consideration for your company.
  2. Then write your suggested strategic direction for your company based on your SWOT. This should be at least two paragraphs. You may include this analysis below your SWOT in the same document. Build on your analysis from Week 1.
  3. Refer to the rubric below for grading criteria.
