Complete Parts 1 and 2 of the Red Zuma Project, the information for which is located in Appendix 2 in the back of the book. You will need to turn in the Microsoft Project File along with the requested printouts and reports.It is important for you to present this information in a professional manner as if you were turning this into your supervisor.Therefore, make sure that your memo looks and is written in a professional manner and tone.Your memo will be written with a word processing software like MS Word.Your response should be concise, but with the appropriate detail that this type of task would require in a professional setting.

There are some videos that you can watch to assist you with using Microsoft Project.The first set of videos uses an older version of the Zuma project called Blue Zuma as the data for the instruction videos.This will not be a problem at all.You will be watching the videos to see how to use Microsoft Project.In addition, there is another set of videos that are more generic about using Microsoft Project - it is linked in the left navigation bar.

The project begins January 2, 2015.

The following holidays are observed: January 1, Martin Luther King Day (third Monday in January), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), July 4th, Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November), December 25.

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, then Friday will be given as an extra day off, and if it falls on a Sunday, then Monday will be given as a day off. If December 25th falls on a Friday then Monday will not be given a day off.

The project team works eight-hour days, Monday through Friday.

Construct a network schedule for this project and in a memo that answers the following questions:

When is the project estimated to be completed? How long will the project take?

What is the critical path for the project?

Which activity has the greatest amount of slack?

How sensitive is this network?

Identify two sensible milestones and explain your choices.
