Complete the Immediate predecessors. The corporate headquarters (HQ) has requested that a proposal and budget for this renovation project first be prepared, then presented to HQ for their review and approval prior to any work commencing.

Once approval from HQ is received, ordering the materials (windows, bathroom fixtures, flooring & paint) from their corporate supplier can commence, along with temporary fencing being erected around the building.

Disassembling, packing, and moving the beds and chairs to storage can also start immediately after HQ approval.

Once the ordering of materials is complete and the delivery dates are then correspondingly known, the Request For Proposal (RFP), bid review, and selection of local trades can begin.

The ordering and delivery scheduling of air conditioning units and solar panels cannot occur until the temporary fencing around the building has been successfully setup due to potential delays if archeological artifacts are uncovered.

With the temporary fencing in place and all the furniture moved to temporary storage, the demolition and removal of old windows, old bathroom fixtures, and old flooring can occur.

The larger premium suite renovation component will be fully subcontracted (including new premium furniture) to the corporate preferred supplier and that can begin once the demolition and removal task is complete.

Also, after the demolition and removal is complete, and the local trades are selected, the new windows can then be installed to prevent birds and dirt from entering the building for the rest of the renovation.

Upon delivery of the air conditioning units and solar panels, they can be lifted by crane onto the roof and then installed and tie-in to the HVAC and electrical systems.

Excavating the building exterior to fix drainage issues and laying sod can begin after the air conditioning and solar panels have been lifted to the roof and successfully installed and tied-in. With the windows in place, the bathroom fixtures can be installed. With bathroom fixtures complete, the rooms can then be primed and painted. The new flooring is to be installed only once the painting is finished. With the room renovation then complete, the furniture can then be returned from storage and reassembled in each room.

The final clean and removal of temporary fencing can occur once all tasks are completed.
