You also have to provide the "overall lead time". By that I mean how long does it take to get a single A, if nothing is in stock.
You will see that Item D is required in two places. You can't do the MRP record for D until you have the Gross Requirements coming from both parent items (B & C.) Just add the Gross Requirements together to get the total needed.
