The CEO has recently unveiled the company's plans to expand into the lighting industry. He has identified Queensland as his first trial market. Over the next three months, the CEO has requested that you assist in preparation of incorporating the new wing of the business. It is your direct responsibility to handle staffing, budgeting and promotion of the company. The CEO is assessing your performance over the next 18 months and envisions the company attaining (10% market share of commercial lighting in Queensland) and maintenance of market leadership in the Air-conditioning industry.
