Scenario 1 - you have been assigned a tedious task that you don't enjoy. How can you tap into your motivation to complete it effectively and efficiently? what are some strategies you can use to stay focused and motivated throughout the task?

Scenario 2 - You are in meeting with a group of colleagues, and one colleague seems upset but is not saying anything.
