In this comprehensive question you are asked to critically think about and explain about how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted serviceindustries.

The pandemic has created winners and losers in the service industry. Some have grown such as digital entertainment services. On the other hand, some industries have been shut down or marginalized such as travel and tourism businesses.

In addition, many services have been forced to change their service very quickly and very dramatically and or the way the service is being delivered such as education and health. Some elements of their marketing mix have been eliminated or diminished while others have been changed or supplemented.

Required (2 marks for your introduction of the segment you will be analyzing; 2 marks for comments for each chapter and 4 marks for concluding comments.)

Pick an industry or market segment and analyze and comment on the impact of COVID 19 on that segment by reference to what you have learned in the course up to this point.
