The High-Risk Officer is responsible for supporting the credit department by reviewing, evaluating and verifying loan applications with a focus on those that are in arrears or are at high risk of being in arrears. This role also consists of the management of contacted collectors (bailiffs) to ensure collection or proper repossession of items.

  • Must always be courteous and helpful to customers and co-workers and practice good customer service via telephone, in person and emails.
  • Update system in accordance with findings and policies
  • Ensure the proper movement of invoices and documents within the company
  • Ensure contracts and all relevant documents are filed properly and/or sent to the respective place for filing and safe keeping.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of customers personal information
  • Present relevant information promptly, clearly, and concisely to customers and supervisors
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure customers clear arrears
  • Ensure compliance with arrears collection procedures and updating customers accordingly.
  • Evaluate situations, measure risks and make recommendations where necessary.
  • Management of Bailiff assigned to you
  • Prepare Bailiff payroll within required scheduled time
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time

2- Credit Officer Sanctioning ($900 USD monthly)

The Sanctioning Officer is responsible for supporting the credit department in ensuring effective verification of customers to achieve efficient loan process. This role consists of evaluating the financial status of a loan applicant and act as a liaison between applicants and our financial institution.

  • Ensure all personnel are aware of procedures and policies that affect their job duties and ensure compliance
  • Analyze systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that they meet objectives most effectively and recommend and implement changes, as necessary.

3- Credit Administrator ($1750 USD monthly)

The Credit Administrator is responsible for supporting the credit department to create, complete, and analyze various reports. This role also offers support to users of the companys front-end operating software who require assistance in navigating, completing tasks or troubleshooting system issues.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Compile reports daily/weekly/monthly and as required within specific timeframes.
  • Analyze and understand all reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze and provide focus for noted areas of variances.
  • Assist in testing and implementation of system upgrades.
  • Assist with local issues in Cosacs where knowledge and ability prevail.
  • Assist in generating user guide to assist users on changes in Cosacs.
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
  • Assist with drafting help desk manuals to help address repeated issues.
  • Support and assist the business where necessary and undertake any other duties that may be directed from time to time.
