Conduct a script of role play of yourself having a meeting with your supervisor in which you communicate your Action Plan (minimum five (5) minutes and maximum ten (10) minutes in length). This one-on-one discussion will need to address how you: Participate in discussions using clear language and features appropriate to audience Use listening and questioning techniques to request assistance and confirm understanding Use problem solving skills to address a range of issues, seeking advice of others, where necessary Accept feedback and recommendations from Supervisor to evaluate the effectiveness of planned Action Plan for Personal Wellbeing.
