• ii. A brief overview of the current QIP and previous self-assessment outcomes of the service for QA4 & QA7
• iii. How you plan to involve staff in the collection of information for self- assessment against QA4 & QA7
• iv. Allow time for staff to provide input, share ideas and perspectives and ask questions - staff may have comments on what has been done or achieved since the QIP was last updated.
