Conduct a survey, there are many online platforms that you can use that will be more efficient than a paper survey about borderline personality disorder. Consider using Survey Monkey or a similar platform. You will need to do the following for your assignment submission:

1. Provide a 2-3 sentence rationale for why you chose to conduct a survey

2. Provide demographic information for those you intend to survey. Why is this a useful group to survey for your topic? How will they inform your thesis?

3. Provide a minimum of five survey questions. (note: You do not need to include the responses of those that will be surveyed, as it may take a bit longer to gather this material.)
