Conduct a Wisdom Interview: Interview someone you know who is over the age of 70 about their sources of pride and regret.

• Ask them to identify one thing that they know now but didn't know earlier in life.
• Ask about their work experiences (including working at home/home-making).
• Overview should include:
  • What you learned from this person, e.g. what they regret or what was notable to them as they reflected on their life, and/or differences in their working experiences from yours
  • Reflect on whether and how this person's life experience informs yours. How so or how not? How does this conversation impact you as a leader or manager?
