Discuss as a group your experiences related to 'Diversity'; did you have a challenging experience or a positive experience. Each team is to prepare a 7-8 page report based on their findings. Your report should include: 1. Some background information on diversity management. (5 marks) 2. Three (3) best practices (programs/initiatives) that are currently being used in business today and that the company can adopt to promote "inclusion" among their employees. (9 marks) 3. A conclusion outlining your findings and team discussion to promote the acceptance of people who are different. (6 marks)
