Conference/ Meeting Event to be presented in teams You have the choice of either make a successful weekend Conference or a Very well structured meeting. The conference will be in Calgary or Edmonton (your choice) your budget is not to exceed 250,000 and you have some recouperation costs from the participants (up to you to decide how much are you going to charge) 100 attendees Will last for the entire weekend of May long You need to be able to supply meals , accommodations and meeting materials for a fee $$$ Could be the topic of your choice ( Stress in the Workplace, Health and Fitness , etc) Make sure you organize the venue in a way that it is accessible for all participants Make sure you have some expert guests that will present in the conference ( perhaps you need to pay for them to speak at your conference) Be Creative , have fun
