They have a long and not-so-pleasant history that apparently began long before you were hired. Ari and Frankie both like to come to your office and complain abou the other. You consider most of it o be quite trivial. You don't want to be rude or make them take aim at you, but it is wasting your time and you are geting really tired of listening to them. Their behavior is especially troubling in department meetings when they openly snipe at each other. Because of this the department meetings have become a complete waste of time. Since your boss won't do anything about the situation you have decided 10 try to help them settle their differences. You have asked both of them to meet with you but haven't told them why. Confidential Role Sheet: Employee #1 Ari Cirious About six years ago Frankie played a practical joke on you, sending a Valentine's Day card allegedly from a secret admirer. The card was seat to the office and contained a very detailed, seductive message. 'You were recently divorced and ready to start dating. You believed the card was real. Anious fo meet 'our secret admirer, you went about trying to find out who it was. Everyone in the office found out about it and laughed including several managers. You were humiliated and very angry that he would exploit your situation. You took it as Frankie's effort to make himself look better to management by making you Took like a fool. You never forgot this and have seized every opportunity to get even with Frankie. It has 'gotten to the point where you can't stand to be in the same room with him. You think that others in the office side with you, especially Marty whom you confide in regularly. Marty has asked you to come to meet with you today and has told you Frankie will be there as well. You do not why he has called this meeting but you do have a feeling that he may want discuss the disagreements you and Frankie have had. You are known for playing practical jokes on 'your co-workers and get along with most of your colleagues. The exception is Ari who just doesn't seem to have a sense of humor.
