Conflict and negotiation Scenario: Jermaine Wright is a manager at Blue Sky Limited. Sandra Walters, Kevin Jones, and Samantha Holt are all Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at the Institution. All three CSRs are in possession of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and training in Customer Service. However, Kevin and Samantha are disgruntled because they have been informed that Sandra is in receipt of a higher emolument package compared to theirs even though they have all performed exceptionally well in their respective positions. Additionally, they have all been working for the company for the past five (5) years. Both Kevin and Samantha have complained to the manager, Jermaine, and it is evident that this pay difference has caused some dissatisfaction as they both believe that they are being treated unfairly. Kevin and Samantha no longer engage in a once-shared vibrant relationship with Sandra and it has been evident that a conflict may be on the horizon. the structure should be: pre-negotiation, negotiation and post negotiation.
