Conflicts do arise in every organization or even among project teams. The below conflict must be reviewed and give a determination of the approach that should be used to resolve the conflict. This includes describing the next steps to resolve the conflict, an explanation of why selected the approach, and if the conflict will result in a positive change.

Conflict: Anshs Office

Ansh has just sent you an email requesting your support. Ansh has been asking for a new quieter location for his office in Bangalore. His current office is close to the elevator and kitchen, and you noticed when you were last there, it could get loud at times. Recently, one of the JKLM staff in the Bangalore office left, and his office was at the other end of the floor, far away from the kitchen and elevator, but close to the 24-hour call-center cubicles. Ansh has talked to Heera, the Office Manager in the Bangalore office, who said she would think about it. It has been two weeks, and Ansh has not heard anything despite asking Heera for an update.
