A person who knowingly discharges a firearm at a person from an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS)while operatingwithin the shelf of the National Airspace System (NAS) and over or in within the proximityofa public roadwayshall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 25 years, and if death results, shall be punished by death or by imprisonment for life.
