1. Consider a situation where a project team member refuses to provide an estimate of how long it takes to complete a task. When asked for an estimate, the response is something like, "When do you want it?" and when you give an answer to that question the response is something like, "OK, I'll try to have it finished by then." How would you deal with this situation?
