Consider an employer. If in the employer context, be sure to focus on the headquarters level of the company, not the local office, individual store, or single facility level. For example, you can discuss (a) the type of organizational controls used by the company; (b) the type of organizational structure the company utilizes; (c) whether there seems to be a match between the company's strategy and its chosen structure; (d) advantages or disadvantages associated with the company's chosen structure; and (e) any recent changes in the company's structure. Be sure to provide some support for your assessment and integrate module concepts in your posting. Recall that either an initial posting or a posting that builds upon that of another student in a meaningful way is acceptable.
