Cultural (Prosecutor, District Attorney, Attorney General, US Attorney Influence)

Don't look for the easiest five. Look for the five that you think provide the best research and data. Include data to support your position. Examples include recidivism, inmate incarceration costs, crime rates, and gang activity. Hint: Numerous publications are available online including local, state, federal and contract correction facility operators/providers. Dig deep!

Provide a closing statement (one that clearly reflects your position based upon the data. Remember, it must be defensible.

Your initial response to the questions posed (the narrative) must be no less than 1000 words.

Articulate and defend your position using data driven and documented research for each of the questions asked and answered.
