Consider fairness as it relates to your test, by applying each one of the forms of organizational justice to explore your perception of fairness. You may choose to discuss your perception regarding one specific test or the set of tests you'd had as a whole. For each form of justice consider if it is low or high (e.g., high or low procedural justice). When applying, analyze using the relevant "rules" for that form of organizational justice.
