CREDIT CARD REQUEST PROCESSING SYSTEM : Customers of the Sundevil Bank who wants to obtain a credit card must fill a credit card request from online and submit for evaluation by a bank representative for approval. As a rule, the bank will not accept any request from customers having no checking or savings account in the bank. David at the customer service receives all the request forms, processes the forms, and transfers them daily to Nancy working in the credit card center at a distant place if a credit card can be issued to the customer. Issuance of credit card depends on the requester having a bank account and good credit. If David determines that a credit card can't be issued to a requester, application will be archived, and a rejection email will be sent to the customer. Once Nancy at the credit card center receives processed applications from Mark, card center finalizes (determine credit limit, expiration date, card number ...etc) customer request and produces cards. When the card is made, it will be sent directly to the customer (through mail) and an email will be sent to the customer informing the arrival of new credit card.
