Your null hypothesis is that only 1/4 of cars will make the left turn onto Albany, and the rest are equally likely to either travel straight on George towards campus or make a right onto Albany towards Highland Park. Of the 80 cars that you have seen approach the intersection from town on George, 35 of them have gone straight, 30 have turned right, and 15 have turned left.
