In the meantime, Seller sells the same property a second time to Buyer 2 on June 15th, telling Buyer 2 the same possession date of July 1st. Buyer 2 records the deed on the same day as the sale... June 15th. On July 1st, Buyer 1 & Buyer 2 "meet" at the residence. Each claims to hold legal title.
