Consider the following scenario: Your client's business is small but growing, and he has asked you to help him get organized. Unfortunately, he has been storing company data in seemingly random Excel files and even on paper. You will be meeting him soon to present a new database and normalization. Using your critical thinking and analysis skills instead of research, determine how you want to approach the meeting. In your initial post's first paragraph, explain to the client why a central database is important, how normalization can be beneficial, and what kinds of backup plans might be valuable. In a second paragraph, explain how your client and/or his work force can assist you in gathering all of the necessary data in one place. Important: Write in terms that the client should be able to understand.
