Consider the following situation

James has worked hard at finishing his degree in Business Management, building a network, finding leads, and preparing for job interviews. Now he finds he has several job offers. One offer is for relatively low pay as a sales associate at a large home-improvement chain store, but the company offers opportunity for advancement and a good benefits package. James could not find out much information about his supervisor. The other offer comes from a small local electronics business closer to home. The salary is higher, and James really clicked with the owner and other employees. James would have complete autonomy in his work. At this workplace however, job growth would be limited, and the health benefits are not as comprehensive or inexpensive. Offer James some advice to help him make his decision.

What other items should James negotiate for to make one or the other of these offers more suitable? Should James reject both offers and keep searching?.
