Consider the position of Civil Engineer that you have in the construction industry. Conduct an online search and see what you can find that shows the perspectives of others that hold (or held) this role or one similar to it. Examples could include newspaper interviews, trade publication features, personal blogs, or something else. Find at least three (but preferably more), then write an analysis on the following:

• How is your story similar to those you examples you found? If a future position, how well do you think these stories will fit your experience?
• Based on your research, what are the major challenges and frustrations of the position seem to be? Are they what you encounter or expect?
• What do you think the similarities are in managing someone in that type of position? For example, is pay the main motivator that they mentioned, or something else?
• Do you think that you fit into this situation and would be like to be lead and managed in this same way?
