An OV-1 diagram to represent the system concept b. A function block diagram with at least two blocks (not including the top block) decomposed into more detailed functions c. A case study diagram that shows cases where the user might interact with the system 4. Identify at least 3 failure modes of your system. Complete a FMEA table and compute the associated RPNs for those modes. 5. For your system, choose one appropriate application for corrective maintenance and one for Rectangular preventive/predictive maintenance. 6. Describe what you would do to make the system easy and safe to use. 7. Select a country outside the US where you will market the product. How might the global, cultural, or social issues impact the system design and/or the design of the maintenance and support system for your product? 8. Besides the costs to design and produce your product, what other costs should one consider in order for the product to be successful put in the field for use with satisfied customers?
