Next, locate the agreement you have with a credit card company (or a loan agreement). Locate the clauses regarding dispute resolution. Explain what you found to your classmates. Now that you know more about how dispute resolution works, and you see how it applies to your daily life, will it change your behavior when you make future purchases?
