Based on the criteria listed in section 5.2 and also considering the difficulty/complexity of implementation, which would you choose if you were writing an OS? Would your choice be different in different environments (e.g. if the target system were a laptop vs. a file server vs. a tablet or phone, etc.)? Discuss.
