Consider what is read in the chapters about motivation, and also consider the insightful links posted in your reading folder over intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.

1. Define intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.
2. List both intrinsic and extrinsic factors that may motivate in general. Try to provide as many examples can think of for each.
3. Next, think about big goals in life or something to achieve. What is that goal? After stating the goal, list factors (both intrinsically and intrinsically) that specifically motivate people to achieve this goal. This list can be shorter as it is more specific.
4. After completing the above, provide a brief discussion on what factors are the most motivating. Are people more motivated by intrinsic motivators or extrinsic motivators overall? Provide reasoning.
