After identifying an area you think is relevant for providing feedback to your supervisor and describing a brief example of a related personal experience, use the evidence-based process outlined in Chapter 6 of The Supervisor's Guidebook to formulate an example of how to communicate feedback to your supervisor. Finally, explain how using this process to provide feedback to your supervisor will help you be a more effective trainee and improve your supervision experience
