Considering I am planning 2 learning opportunities(1 formal and 1 informal), for a customer support team of the company Worlducation. Worlducation is a company that provides hardware and software to schools. The teamwork is mainly relates to develop the team critical thinking.
The gaps are : Most of the team was hired during the pandemic, which did not help this team to familiarize well with the stakeholders. Secondly it appears that the team is not well aware of the range of tools and sources available to be able to quickly take decisions. The team seems to rely in questioning the seniors. This happens when a new problem, that was not encountered during training, comes up with a customer.
