Considering our resources on the importance of individual professionalism and civility in the workplace as well as our social media component, this assignment will address the following:

1. Visit a social media platform for a known company to observe proper etiquette. Identify and list inappropriate behaviors/responses or posts that customers and the company exhibit. Pay keen attention to communication efforts and techniques used.
2. Identify five (5) specific areas of etiquette which need improvement.
