Considering the five research questions: 1) What is the state of digital journey for the South African mining companies? 2) What are the main digital transformation challenges faced by South African companies? 3) What is the current state of resilience within the South African mining companies? 4) Is there a relationship between digital transformation and organizational resilience within South African mining industry? 5) What are the practical recommendations that can be given to the management of the 20 South African mining organization on how best to leverage digital transformation for improved organizational resilience?
